The Orewa Beach Half Marathon is an annual 21km half marathon, 10km and 5k fun run and kids 2km dash, and is the final race in the Auckland Half Marathon Series.
The event has a beautiful and scenic course, designed to give you a bit of everything. Starting and finishing on Orewa Beach, you are sent through the pretty Eaves Bush track followed by a run through Kensington Park Villas down some local roads to Orewa's new cycle/walkway and over to Silverdale and Millwater Estate. It really does have different surfaces and something new to look at the entire time.
