Record-Breaking TRIFACTOR Asian Championship 2026 Draws More Than 2,000 Athletes from 47 Nations to Singapore

Mateo Reddy sets a new course record of 1:54:08, while Emily Sambrook Smith wins the women’s elite title in 2:11:20 at East Coast Park

SINGAPORE, 13 September 2026 – The record-breaking TRIFACTOR Asian Championship 2026 welcomed more than 2,000 athletes from 47 nations to Singapore’s East Coast Park, making it one of the largest and most internationally diverse events in TRIFACTOR history.

The event marked the finale of the 2025/2026 TRIFACTOR Asia season, bringing together elite athletes who had qualified through races held across Asia.

Swiss athlete Mateo Reddy won the Men’s Elite Standard Distance title and set a new course record of 1 hour, 54 minutes and 8 seconds. Filipino athletes Irienold Reig Jr and Matthew Justine Hermosa finished second and third respectively, recording times of 1:57:14 and 1:59:02.

In the women’s race, Great Britain’s Emily Sambrook Smith claimed the Elite Standard Distance title in 2:11:20. Malaysian national athlete Cindy Sui finished second in 2:14:57, while the Philippines’ Sam Corpuz secured third place in 2:20:41.

The event was supported by key partners including Rokeby Protein, who powered the Recovery Zone, along with Starbalm, YEOS, LevelUP.

Joseph Tan, Race Director and Cofounder of TriFactor, shared:
