YMCA Rat Race is a cheeky cheesy and challenging obstacle course event to be held on the 15th October 2017 and is designed for maximum fun and ir-RAT-ional behaviour!
Teams of four will be given a large novelty inflatable cheese to protect and carry with them for the duration of the race and across the finish line.
The dedicated ‘Pest Patrols’ will be out to run interference and ‘rescue’ the cheese - adding that extra level of RAT-ified intensity.
This exciting urban adventure event will include a family event with a 4km run and 7 ratty fun themed obstacles plus the original adult 8km run with 14 obstacles.
Both events start under the Story Bridge, in Captain Burke Park and run along Kangaroo Point cliffs, with fantastic views of the river.
With fourteen ratty obstacles including the torturous RAT TRAP and the adrenalin pumping BIG CHEESE our teams are in for an amazing experience.
