World Hearing Day is annual advocacy event which held on 3rd March each year, starting year of 2007 after it was first launched by World Health Organisation (WHO) in Beijing. The aim of this day is to raise awareness regarding hearing loss, and to promote ear and hearing care at national and community level across the world. Our first World Hearing Day celebrated on 2017, held in small scale event in each hospital which has audiology and otorhinolaryngology (ORL) services.

Hospital Sultan Ismail (HSI) Johor is chosen to organize this event for calendar year 2019. This year we will bring our first charity run in Johor with theme of "Let World of Silence be Heard" .
