The Southern Sydney Summer Series orienteering event in Woollahra on Sunday, 26 November 2017 uses the Cooper Park Map and the 45 minute score course format.
This is part of a Sunday afternoon series of orienteering events using the 45 minute score course format. The score course format means you need to visit as many controls as you can, in any order, within the time limit.
It mixes exercise - at whatever pace you like (walk, jog or run) - with a simple navigational challenge. If you can read a street directory you can do it! It's a great way to explore a suburb.
