  More about this event
This December, Make-A-Wish Singapore is kicking off the holiday festivities with the sixth edition of Santa Run for Wishes 2019, an annual charity fun run where both the young and old come together dressed in their best festive outfits for a meaningful cause – bringing hope and love to children with critical illnesses.

Since 2002, Make-A-Wish Singapore has granted over 1,500 life-changing wishes of children with critical illnesses. From becoming a superhero, learning to play the piano, owning a motorised wheelchair or flying an airplane – these wish experiences have instilled joy, hope and strength to these wish children in the fight against their illness.

In conjunction with Sports Hub Community Play Day, Santa Run for Wishes 2019 is an annual community event organised by Make-A-Wish Singapore, to raise funds to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. The event encourages families to come together to stay healthy and bond as they run together for a meaningful cause.

Santa Run for Wishes 2019 will be held at Singapore Sports Hub on December 7th (Saturday) from 3.00pm to 8.00pm.

In this season of giving, spread love and joy by extending the invitation to your family and friends as well. Join us in one of our three run categories – 2.5km/5km Fun Run or 10km Competitive Run along the scenic Kallang Basin route. In additional to the race, there will also be a carnival with fun games and kid-friendly rides. Santa Run for Wishes 2019 is the perfect activity for a family day out while making a difference to the lives of children with critical illnesses.

All registration and donation proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish Singapore to help grant wishes of children with critical illnesses. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to have fun for a meaningful cause. To sign up, please visit: http://santarunforwishes.sg/

About Make-A-Wish Singapore
Make-A-Wish Singapore a part of the world’s largest wish granting organization. Since our inception in 2002, we have granted over 1,500 life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We believe wishes provide children the strength to look past their situations and limitations, assist families in overcoming their anxieties, and have the potential to galvanise entire communities in creating hope, strength and joy for the children as well as their loved ones. Most importantly, we believe that wishes can improve a child’s quality of life, giving them a better chance of recovery. Make-A-Wish Singapore is supported by over 200 volunteers, 8 board members and 9 staff, and is the only wish granting organisation in Singapore.
