The FIRST ever " RCBA - Cycle4Life " Voluntourism Fundraising Cyclathon for Rotary Kidney Fund is the signature project of Rotary Club of Bukit Angkasa (RCBA)
A silent disease, currently affecting 9 out of every 100 Malaysians, kidney failure in Malaysia is on the rise and cannot be ignored. It is therefore crucial that proper awareness is raised, promoting a healthy lifestyle which includes exercising like cycling.
In view of this, the newly chartered Rotary Club of Bukit Angkasa (RCBA) in Rotary International District 3300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is organizing "RCBA - Cycle4Life" with the following main objectives :
To raise funds to provide assistance to dialysis patients from Klang Valley, Ipoh and Penang
To provide education & raise awareness on kidney diseases
To promote organ donation in Malaysia especially kidney
To promote tourism in Malaysia, particularly voluntourism projects, in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2020
