The North Range Traverse and Hall Block Humdinger is set among the picturesque wind farms in the northern Tararuas. With stunning views over Wairarapa and the Manawatu, you are sure to be in for a treat.
The North Range Traverse is a scenic 25 km run/walk going from the start of North Range Road on the Pahiatua track, through the Te Rere Hau and Tararua wind farms and down Hall Block Road, finishing at the Ferry Reserve, Ballance.
The 12 km Hall Block Humdinger is a challenging out-and back (or rather an up-and-down!) run/walk up Hall Block Road and back down again, starting and finishing at the Ferry Reserve, Ballance.
