National Vertical Marathon (NVM) is an alternative sporting event to flat road marathons, as well as a fitting sport that takes advantage of the many skyscrapers in Singapore.
Given its unique nature, NVM has attracted remarkable response over the past 20 years since its inception in NTU Sports Club in 1994. It has even generated a loyal following of climbing enthusiasts.
NVM 2014 is proudly organised by the 20th NVM Organising Committee. We seek to bring the simple sport of stair-climbing to every sportsman and non-sportsman. Like always, we also hope to reach out to the mass public and the various institutions.
