The Kaikoura Whale Run is an annual run/walk half marathon, 10 km fun run and walk and kids 2 km race.
Each race follows a loop course which starts and ends at Kaikoura Suburban School. They follow the Kowhai River bank, along the base of Mt Fyffe and finishing with picturesque scenes of Kaikoura. See the official website (link below) for a full course map for each event.
