More about this event
In the 2nd edition, you'll notice the big increase in the registration fee. This is based on the assumption that there will be 20 participants in the total of C2C and LGM. Should there be less than these number of actual participants, there will be losses for the organizer.
A big part of the cost is due to the tracking device, which is itself slightly more than RM 1000 per piece already. In 2017 edition, we absorbed the costs ourselves. For future editions, we will need to share partially the costs of the tracking device with the participants.
The tracking device serves the following purpose:
1). For race directors to monitor the progress and whereabouts of the runners to make sure the runners are watched after and protected;
2). For the safety of the runners by knowing the exact locations of all runners within the same race;
3). To serve as a "watch dog" to deter some runners from taking the short cut, or to hitch a ride to the finishing point or as close as possible.
If the number of participating runners is small and that we are making losses, then we might not be organizing this race in future.

You need to have your own support crew to do this exciting race. We are not providing you with any support as far as food & beverages are concerned. International and out-of-states representatives who require support crews can state your requirements. We will help to find them for you but all costs and expenses related to the support crew and their expenses are to be borne by the participants yourself. You will probably save quite a bit if you can find your own support vehicles and crew members.
CATEGORIES There will be 2 categories in this event:
a). C2C 444k – From Marina Island, Lumut to Batu Burk Beach at Kuala Terengganu, with cutoff of 125 hours;
b). LGM 238k – From Marina Island, Lumut to Gua Musang in Pahang, with cutoff time of 64 hours.
