Intro into Ayurveda 

The course will be taught as one module for 6 weeks in duration. Class will take place weekly (Wednesdays 7:30pm – 9:30pm), and each class will include lecture, discussion, homework and pre-reading material for the next class. Estimated out of class hours for this course is 1-2 hours per week of study.

7:30pm to 9:30pm

Course Fees:

$325 per person for the 6-weeks course; minimum of 3 persons required to run the course.

Registration and payments are due at the start of the Module (unless you need to be on a payment plan, which can be arranged). There are no prorated fees for missed classes or classes you cannot attend. Additionally, no refunds are possible once the Module commences.  If the group agrees, we can reschedule class times to fit our schedules if we need to. The course fees include a 100-page bound manual put together by Amber.

Lesson 2: Five Great Elements, Three Doshas, Six Tastes

Lesson 3: Discovering Your Constitution & Imbalances

Lesson 4: Digestive Health (Agni/Ama), Nutrition of the Seven Tissues

Lesson 5: Ritual of Eating, Constitutional Diets, Cleanses & Balancing

Lesson 6: Daily & Seasonal Routines for Healthy Living
