Great views while running from the Eastern suburbs all the way to the CBD of Melbourne

The Koonung trail is a shared pathway for pedestrians and cyclists in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. It travels parallel to the Eastern freeway and offers superb diverse views. You can run all the way from the suburbs into the city using this pathway. There are various entrances to the pathway from the different eastern suburbs – Donvale, Doncaster East, Baldwyn etc. It’s a lovely place to run – quiet and peaceful. There are many water fountains along your way, so you need not worry about hydration.
