Home of Malaysian Paralympics - this sports facility is a great place to train in the heart of KL!  

A great place for a speedy track session! You can do your speed repeats here. However, the track is not super well maintained – so don’t expect a great rubber track. But it will do if you’re just looking for a safe place to do your speed work.
