A world heritage gardens built in the 1880s 

The Carlton gardens is located in the suburb of Carlton. The gardens of Carlton features flower beds, lakes, fountains, and trees that change throughout the season. In particular, check out the Victorian-era Hochgurtel Fountain and circular French Fountain. Running through the Carlton gardens will allow you to admire all these great features. The Melbourne Museum is also located in the vicinity of the Gardens, so perhaps a museum tour after your run?
