Kiara Hills are a great spot for training because you can do a flat 1km loop or do the kiara 5km hill loop. Gentle reminder that the hills are quite a killer. If you don’t fancy a run on the road, you can do the kiara trails. The trails are very run-able. Running up the twin peaks will surely give you a great workout.
