If you’re looking for high-spirited running buddies to motivate you and spice up your workouts, come to the weekly U Sports Run at the following locations:

Sessions are free for all and workouts range from basic fitness trainings to lead-up runs for major races to help members better prepare for race day. Led by seasoned runners who are able to provide guidance and essential training tips to improve your running efficiency, you’ll be sure to benefit from the variety of exercises.

Apart from the weekly runs, experienced U Sports runners also actively participate in various running events like the Energizer Night Trail Run, HomeTeamNS Real Run and Metta Charity Run as pacers.
