TEAM HUSTLERS was established in July 2022 by coach David Shum and founding member Terence Goh with the aim to train runners in specific to the races they wish to participate in.

Coach David is an established and acknowledged running coach in Singapore. He is also an established sports massage therapist.

Customised training programme are tailored to individual runners needs and performance and runner’s development is reviewed closely by Coach. Each phase of the training is about 6months to a year and Hustlers are already in their 3rd batches.

Weekly program of
1. Interval training at YCK stadium
2. Tempo runs in accordance to program
3. LSD run on the weekend
4. Core and legs strengthening workout and body conditioning
