A social running group created by SSTAR.fitness that welcomes beginners to Boston qualifiers. We follow a six-week structured training cycle from SSTAR.fitness, with a holistic approach, covering core strength, running gait drills and more.

behind the Sports Hub Library. Stadium MRT Exit A

Schedule:

Every Tues 6:30pm, Singapore Flyer, F1 Track, Speed + Strength
Every Thurs 6:30pm, behind Sports Hub Library, Tempo runs 5km to 10km
Every Saturday 6:30AM, various locations, easy Long Runs
