A mixture of Running Intervals coupled with Circuit exercises aimed at powering up your running fitness. Helps accelerate your calorie burning capacity 🙂

While it’s gonna be tough, you will do it at your current fitness level/ability, so rest assured. Just don’t go beyond your limit or you’ll feel sick. Listen to your body.
