Aid Stations/Checkpoints(CP)
There are several aid stations/checkpoints located along the route where you'll have the opportunity to refill & refuel with water, sports drink, coke, ice, bread with nutella sandwich, chips, hardboiled eggs, longan.

CP 3 - Lorong Halus Wetland & Visitor Centre (for all distances except 45km)
CP 4 - Sun Plaza Park Amphitheatre (only for 101km)
