Dear team,
I signed up for the early bird price at $85.00 but was charged $120.77 to my atome. I could not remember the merchandise I bought online as I did not receive any receipts or invoice other than the confirmation slip of my participation. I paid using atome.
It would be kind if your IT team could do a proper check on the glitch
The race pack t shirt and single are cheap and low quality. Ran with the single for the coming 2025 and it soaked up sweat like a sponge and never wick. So by 3 Km I was wearing a wet towel. The single which I got from standard charter run last year 2024 dec was amazing . its sweat wicking. I am not signing up for the 2XU run ever again. it’s a cheap run.
