Trail Running Nepal is headed by Mira Rai and organises short trail races, ultras and stage races across Nepal. It also supports other race organisers with a platform to write about their races and list events on an event calendar. Trail Running Nepal is also involved in supporting young athletes to reach their potential – Mira Rai is such an example of this!
