SwimmingRunnerI ran during secondary school days because of my CCA (Co curricular activities). I also run to explore places in Singapore on foot. Being unable to swim despite having swim lessons in secondary 1, I decided to learn swimming on my own from the internet and tried it in a pool. Gained confidence in deep water since Aug 2014, and loved swimming in deep pools (>1.8m deep) . Back to running my 1st 10km race in May 2017 followed by my 1st Half-marathon in Dec 2017. Still swimming and running to keep fit. Running is better with swimming as it's good for cross training and recovery.
