  What to expect:

The Under Armour Test of Will 2016 is an elite event designed for anyone with the will to train and compete. This uniquely urban fitness challenge will take place in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand, to celebrate human performance, functional fitness and the lifestyle of the deeply driven and the fiercely competitive. National Heats run throughout April and the top 16 competitors will fight it out in The Test of Will Final in Singapore on May 28th.

What happens in the National Heats?

Everyone will compete in a 4 minute challenge. Each competitor must complete 60 seconds of 4 exercises. Points will be scored for the number of reps completed in the time. Burpees, squats, dumbbell presses and pull-ups.

The highest scoring two men and the highest scoring two women will win a free trip to Singapore to compete in the Final. There will be only 16 finalists, 4 from each country.

What happens in the Final?

The 16 athletes will battle it out over a series of unique challenges, all focussed around a unique 14m high tower. This will test both mental and physical strength, endurance, determination and will.

BANGKOK: Parc Paragon 30th Apr, 1st May 10:00-21:30
FINAL – SINGAPORE: Gardens by the Bay 28th May 08:00-13:00
