  What to expect:

Conducted by our in-house Pilates teacher and avid runner, Joyce Liew, this workshop will introduce Pilates exercises to help you become a more effective runner. Learn how to build strength for better posture and gait without putting stress on your joints, breathe properly to enhance endurance and stamina, prevent common running injuries, and more. Suitable for seasoned runners to those toying with the idea of picking up jogging, and everyone in between.
