What to expect:
This Fitness Masterclass and the 1st Circuit Challenge in South East Asia is here! They will bring together a range of experts in Strength & Conditioning, Functional Training, Doctors and Physiotherapist for the workshops. 4 Sports related workshop with goodies from Compression Calves Sleeves to massage balls to be given away, limited slots on these workshop! Sign up now to avoid disappointment. The Circuit Challenge will be consists of 8 exercise station, 30sec each, 10mins. Winners with the most numbers of rounds and repetitions will receive cash prizes. The Circuit Challenge tests you in your muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, athleticism and mental toughness. The obstacles fall into a variety of categories: Speed & Agility, Strength, Endurance and Core. They will be giving away NORTH FACE tee worth $56 as the Event Tee limit to 350 piece.
