Standing 654m high, it is a great recreational forest that allows you to so some great hill training!  

The climb up is approximately a 1.5 – 2 hour tar road climb up to the top. A couple of viewpoints provide breathtaking views of the rainforest that clothes the hill. The forest is rich in greenery. The flora and fauna is rich, and gives you a tranquil surrounding for your training. Running here is perfect for you to build your leg power and strength.
