Entry fees
Marathon $ 150 – March 31st. Then $ 180 until 1st June. Half Marathon $ 100 – March 31st. Then $ 120 until 1st June. This does include a glass of wine or beer and pizza after the race on Saturday.

The Mount Difficulty Ascent in Cromwell is an extreme marathon or half marathon, and is part of the Oceania SkyRunning Series.
This is run on the same day as the Rustic Run & Walk, which is an easy to moderate fun-oriented event that compliments the extreme event that is the Mt Difficulty Ascent.
This is an adventure run, meaning you can't run all of this course. The ups are really UP! ou’ll be hands on knees, puffing just to walk, at times you will be using your hands to help you scramble up some dirty, rocky slopes, maybe churning through snow.
