All participants must ensure that they are medically and physically fit to participate in the Event. Participants are strongly advised to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the date of the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow any participants who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Event.
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the safety of participants, participation in the Event is at the participants’ own risk and the Organiser shall not be liable for any death, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Event.
Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are not allowed on the Event’s route.

Each participant will be entitled to a goodie bag that consists of a medal & goodies in a specially designed non-woven bag.
Goodie Bags are only handed out after the Run on 11 December 2016.
Uncollected goodie bags will be deemed as unwanted and will be disposed or re-distributed by the Organiser accordingly.
