Event day schedule:
Start times are 0500 hrs for the 50 kms solo, 0515 hrs for the 2 person relay, 0530 for the 30 kms event, 0545 for the 15 kms and 0550 for the 5 kms event. Electronic timing will be employed and gun times will be used rather than chip times. Consequently, the early start time afforded to walkers and slower runners in previous years will be no longer available.

The main event is a 50km run along the footpaths and roads adjacent to the Gold Coast beachfront, one of the world’s most attractive beaches, from Kurrawa to Duranbah & back.
