It has been raining since late afternoon. No chance to go for a warm up run at all. Argh..
Sundown participants, have you been loading carbo? Hydrate yourself and rest well for tomorrow’s race. Take an afternoon nap, especially for full marathoners. After all, we will be running from May to June! Will anyone doze off during the race?
Whatever it is, safety comes first. Do not force yourself if you aren’t feeling well. Drink up at each and every water point to prevent dehydration. See you at the finishing line with your million dollar smile!
